JABU Logistics Launches Operations of Lusaka Branch with Community Members
Lusaka, Zambia, October – On Friday, 29 October 2021 JABU Logistics officially launched operations in Lusaka, Zambia. CEO David Akinin and COO Eugene Solohub were met with great excitement by community leaders of informal settlements in Lusaka as they visited the informal community of Lusaka to discuss the future of JABU in their communities. Although the groundwork for JABU Zambia was laid out months ahead of the launch and onboarding, Akinin says it was important to meet with ] community leaders because as matriarchs they are the unsung heroes and decision makers of their communities.“We are excited for the empowered, inspired and united community we will serve”, said Akinin.
After the discussions, the women took to song and dance about the strength that JABU is building and the weight JABU is lifting off their shoulders.
“This was a super touching and uplifting experience and an amazing reminder of the impact JABU is making and will continue to make across the continent,” said Solohub.
